Sales Support Coordinator

As Sales Support Coordinator, you will be the main projectleader after sales closes the deal. You will be the point of contact between customer, sales and technical support. You draft the contracts with the agreements made between customer and sales, put actions to the legal and technical specialists and give feedback to all parties involved. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the process until the scheme stands and is handed over to management. To do this, you will have versatile contact with clients at the C-level management level. In addition, you will also support the further development of the (legal) services, support account management and execution of our marketing activities.

Due to the growth of our company, there is a need to expand the team with this new position. Further shaping the function is therefore also part of your job. You excel at connecting, enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously in a structured manner, and proactively support your colleagues in the start-up of a new escrow arrangement.

Work experience in legal or business services is desired. Some affinity with the ICT sector is a plus. We also require good verbal and written command of the Dutch and English languages. You have strong communication skills and are able to communicate at different levels. You are strategically strong, can switch gears quickly and bring projects to a successful conclusion.

This is a part-time position (24 – 32 hours) with flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid working (home and office).

Escrow Alliance is a Dutch escrow provider based in the center of Haarlem. Escrow Alliance provides escrow arrangements as a security product for the situation when a supplier, mostly software makers and SaaS providers, can no longer deliver its product and/or service to its customers due to, for example, bankruptcy, business closure or acquisition. With its solutions, Escrow Alliance supports its customers in meeting their continuity issues with mostly business-critical (software) products and services. As a neutral party, Escrow Alliance takes care of the establishment and implementation of escrow arrangements. Escrow Alliance operates in an international niche market and is at the forefront of providing collateral for Cloud, SaaS and data services.
