The software vendor provides the software components under strict conditions to Escrow Alliance, as an independent escrow agent. We manage this software in a special and well-secured repository where no one can access it.

Also sometimes referred to as two-party, master or open escrow arrangements. Multiple customers of the vendor then use the same software. Then the agreement is made between the supplier and Escrow Alliance. Customers of the software vendor can be signed up as a beneficiary (participant) on the prepared escrow arrangement.
You can also implement both variants of escrow arrangements in a distribution or reseller variant if the software was provided through a distributor or reseller.
